Josh Boyer - Worship Director
Branches is excited to add to our staff, Josh Boyer! He has accepted the position as our new Worship Director! He is already a familiar face here at Branches, but he will be taking on a larger role with our music and worship that happens on Sundays and throughout the week. We are excited to add this part time position, and look forward to what Josh will do in the area of worship and music.
Born and raised in Colorado Josh moved to Scappoose in 2007. Growing up in a musical household, he was always trying new instruments when he finally landed on playing the drums. Being self taught he went on to record professionally and volunteered on the branches youth worship team while attending Scappoose Highschool. After graduating in 2011, he went on to study Theology and Worship at Portland Bible College. While attending Bible College Josh became the Youth and Worship Pastor at his home church, Scappoose Foursquare. In 2017 he left ministry as God led him to work at Cathedral Coffee where he met the love of his life, Anna. Josh and Anna got married in December of 2018 and together they started attending Branches. They have a heart and passion for the name of Jesus lifted high as people encounter the living God in worship.
