Staying Connected

Hey Branches!

What a crazy time we are in right now! And what an amazing opportunity we have to spread the love, hope, and confidence we have in Jesus!

Last Sunday

Yesterday was unique, but it was awesome! It is hard to parse out exactly what kind of engagement we had, but Instagram Live had around 45 people watching, and Facebook showed over 600 people joined us for any amount of time! Again, it is hard to tell how long each person watched, but those are some big numbers either way!
We are grateful to the team who put energy into making this happen!

What's Happening This Sunday?

For this Sunday, we have decided to stream our service online, at 10:30 am. We are going to continue to use Facebook and Instagram to do that. Please join us for the service in your home! It is going to be vital us to stay connected to each other, even if it is only virtually. We are discussing some really timely content over this series that will provide hope in the midst of all the chaos.

FAQs
We understand that people might have questions and we want to provide you with some answers. So here are some answers to some of the questions you might have.

Why did Branches choose to close in-person services?

We are loving our neighbors by protecting our neighbors
While we don't want to be fearful, we do want to be responsible
Church happens in circles, not in rows.

Where do I find out what is happening?

Follow Branches on Facebook and Instagram, check our web page, download the app and turn on notifications, and check your inbox.

When will we meet in person again?

We are monitoring the situation and taking our decisions one day at a time. As things progress, we will keep you updated.

What about Easter?

We are monitoring the situation and taking our decisions one day at a time. As things progress, we will keep you updated.

Are we still meeting as a small group?

During this time, more than ever, we need each other! We want to encourage people in groups to continue connecting, and being cautious. If there are people in a group who are either exhibiting symptoms or have preexisting medical conditions, it would be wise for them to participate digitally in any group meeting. If your group is comfortable meeting, continue to do so while taking the necessary precautions to keep everyone healthy and safe.

Is there anything available for my kids during all of this?

Yes! Download the Parent Cue app. It provides parents with the content kids would have been going through if they were meeting physically. It also engages parents with their kids. We will be mentioning this each week in our online services.

More questions?

If you have any other questions or concerns, please email us at branches@branches.tv! We know this is an uncertain time and we want to make sure you are informed and know what is going on. We also recognize that we have not thought of everything. No one has had to navigate something like this so thank you for your patience. But one thing we do know, God is at work in our church and in our city! We have an amazing opportunity and responsibility to lead. To lead practically, responsibly, and spiritually. God put us in this place for such a time as this. Let's work together to point people to Jesus!
