Is giving online secure?

Yes it is! All sensitive financial information is handled by our online giving service providers. They comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) to ensure that the entire giving process is safe and secure. Transmissions from branches.tv to our banking partner are via an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Branches does not store your credit card information.

Will 100% of my donation go to Branches?

Great question! Branches does pay processing fees on some transactions. You have the option to pay those fees when giving online if you desire. Otherwise your donation will be used to fund ministry and outreach activities, stewarding of the organization's resources, and compensating hired staff.

Can I designate my giving?

Any gift received will, by default, go into the General Fund unless there is a fund selected (or noted, in the case of checks). When giving online, you can change the fund you would like to donate to from the dropdown menu.

Will I receive an annual giving statement?

We email annual giving statements toward the end of January. Please ensure we have your correct email address by logging into your account profile here.
Note: Event registration fees and similar purchases are not tax-deductible and will not appear on your giving statement.
